I saw him in the same position
We stayed far from each other.
I stayed in town.
He stayed in the outskirts.
We would talk for hours a day.
We would visit each other sometimes.
It felt so good; refreshing.
Then, we moved closer.
We lived in the same house.
It was three days and three nights after moving in together.
Then, I saw him in that position;
The position I was when we stayed far from each other;
Under my blanket, murmuring words to him that sounded like the humming of bees.
I saw him in that same position I was; he was humming words but I wasn't on the other side of the call.
It was to someone else not me.
The painful part was that I couldn't complain, it was not even cheating.
You were just in that same position I was when I was falling for you.....
Should I be scared? Should I......

So sad... Its clear the persona was into the man only to be disappointed that the man was into another when they were close enough. The persona is helpless as she says she can't complain.
