Anxiety

When you tell somebody about your anxiety and they reply with a "don't worry you gonna be fine?"

Does it tho?
Does the sudden rush of emotions suddenly take a pause?
When your muscles starts numbing and you have nothing to do but to massage it knowing very well that tears are following

It all starts so innocently
Sometimes it starts with no trigger,
Just a mix of emotions that just pushes you to your doom.
My arms starts to tanse and my knees become too weak to hold me up
There's a voice that whispers in the farther distance of my head warning me of its arrival .

Now I am well aware that in a few minute I'll be carled up into a ball shaking badly
Tho it's hot, I'd feel the cold shiver that rushed up and down my whole body making me shiver as it slowly arrives

It doesn't feel good to be under the spell of anxiety.
