Saturday night

the glow of my screen, a story unfurled,
As I stumbled upon a captivating world.
A picture, a smile, a moment in time,
Caught in the web of a digital rhyme.

Scrolling through pixels, I chanced upon his face,
A serendipitous encounter, in a virtual space.
His words painted tales of laughter and light,
Drawing me closer into the depths of the night.

With each double-tap, a connection was made,
In the quiet of cyberspace, a bond gently laid.
Through comments and likes, a friendship did bloom,
In the vastness of Instagram's digital room.

Though screens may separate, distance hold sway,
The warmth of his presence, never far away.
For in that guy I met on Saturday night,
I found a spark that ignited, shining bright.
