Fate Shan't Be Hate

Post by Raven Potter »

life is but a broken road.
No o e know the path they'll bestow.

There are some who are happy, some who are sad.
Some who are good and some who are bad.

Everyone is here for a reason.
Their reason shan't be punishable by treason.

Your purpose is different than mine.
Everyone has their own way to shine.

Some people are here to show no fear.
Others are there to show they care.

Some stay together while other groups whether.

This is how things go:
Some say yes and some say no.

I am telling you this very day;
Judge no one and you'll be stunned.

The people you hate may happen to be great.
The people you scar may be destined to go far.

The people you love may be all but a dove.
The people you judge may happen to be from above.

So listen, my friends, to what I have to say:
Do not judge the world for their own unique fate!

I feel that your poem really brought out the topic of 'Fate'. I really liked how you described the different types of people, for example the people you hate, the people you judge.. It was quite a good poem!
