I see you sleeping soundly
Without that thought of me
I sat at the the edge of the bed
Longing for something
I don't even know if I still want anymore
Your hand reached mine
And I feel sorry instantly
What am I doing here? So sad and lonely
I see myself trying to walk away
My footsteps inaudibly silent
I opened the door without looking back
In the morning you won't see me no more
And in truth I know you'll never chase me
No matter how I run or hide
This time I'm finally ending us
