We met like a kaleidoscope
Shining bright over Ocean Avenue
Catching stars with our dreams
Like real people do

And when our time ran dry
I took the 8 am train going away
But as my tears dampened that fabric seat
I hope you know that I will always love you

I remember feeling this way once, like I'd finally become a real human being, reached my full potential within someone else. This almost made me cry, which is a compliment!

It's hard to go away from a good relationship. This is short but it really hits me. I miss my boyfriend, he's so far away.
