Icon She dreamt

SHE DREAMT

Her dreams were
Quieter Than a whisper.
She gripe, She grouch,
But none to assuage,All to shatter.
Hushed rough hands,
Yearning to harness a new world.
Dry,fearful eyes,
Shining brightly staring the stars
Bare soft feet,
Wanting to walk through
A new lease of life.
Thin light rays fall
In her room of darkness,
As her only hope.
Which gives her a
New beginning to put
Out her wings and fly high.
