Awake

I lie awake
My head won't sleep
Window open
I feel a breeze
The wind is gentle
It cools my face
My body tried
My heart aches...

Time is slow
It's killing me
Cos all I need
Is u with me
Hold me tight
Don't let me go
Insecure is all I know...

Searched too long
To find my soul
Now I found
I can't let go
In your arms
Is where I'd be
Loving u
And u love me...

This u know
Was meant to be
Never knew
I'd feel free
No more doubt of who is me
U are u a I am me...

All my life
I've looked to find
Searched the stars
Some lonely times
Hope & dreams
Stripped from me
A reason why
So I could see...

Heal myself
Fix my scars
Open my eyes
Look further afar
U were there
Searching for me
U are my soulmate
It's our destiny..

I close my eyes
All I see
Is up on the hills
U loving me
Wish I could hold u
Need u right now
Feel u beside me
U by my side ..
