INNOCENT HEARTS

Walking on the beach with my toes in the sand.
Staring at the waves while you take my hand.
With that sparkle in your eyes I realise,
…we’re more than friends now.

It feels like yesterday we where playing games together,
Oh why can’t we just stay young forever?
Now I think…I know what love feels like.

Yeah together we can laugh and together we can cry, don’t
care what people say ‘cause we can touch the sky.
Together we can change the world,
…yeah together we can change the world with our innocent hearts.
Innocent hearts!

Staring at the waves as they crash on the shore.
With you by my side I can’t ask for anything more.
Just smile...
and stay awhile longer now.

It feels like yesterday we were just kids without much emotions,
now we’re all grown up with this new devotions.
How do we know, how do we know what love feels like?

Yeah together we can laugh and together we can cry, don’t
care what people say ‘cause we can touch the sky.
Together we can change the world.
…yeah together we can change the world with our innocent hearts.
Innocent hearts!

It’s the beginning and not the end.
It’s the return to youth and innocence!
Follow your own way and together,
…we can stay young forever!
