I can't imagine what it's like
to lose the very love of all your life.
To have that separation of your soul
to lose the only thing that made you whole.
I can't even imagine what I might say,
what would be wrong what would be right,
I have no idea how to convey
my deepest sympathy to you this night.
So I picked up my pen and wrote the thoughts
in my head
I have no doubt it was God
and this is what he said ;
I will fill your heart,
with my love ,
I will forever be there ,
for mental hugs .
Even when it seems he's turned from us
When we are so blind , we've lost our trust,
Give your pain to God to bear
let him hold you up while you two share
the burden , the anger ,the love the hate ,
God will heal everything
Just let yourself break.
