Slavery

Slavery, the chains that bind,
Their hearts and minds confined.
Living in a prison of oppression and pain,
Forced to endure life in vain.

Thoughts of freedom and a brighter day,
Slowly fade away.
The chains of slavery remain,
And all hope for freedom seems in vain.
