The King of Hearts

The King of Hearts
by The Keeper Jr

Oh king of hearts!
I am tired of being alone.
My heart is dying without you,
It is time to come back home.

The farm isn’t always fresh,
So the flowers stopped blooming.
Please come and help the poor,
For the rich have stopped giving.

Last night, I told the wind,
To send my words to my love.
He said, "Lovers need no wind,
"For they know from the hearts."

So I gave up on that love.
And thought all night long.
Who knows about my heart?
That the wind runs away from.

Then I fell asleep, thinking
And by the morning, when I woke
I saw a thousand winds dancing.
All with a message of hope.

Then the wind gave me the secret,
For all the lovers who know.
It was you, oh my king.
of all the hearts you know

I fell down crying with joy and pain.
When I saw the wind smiling and saying,

"Tell the world the secret of love.
Love is in the hearts of those who really have."
Just take a look down at your hearts, oh lovers.
Do it, and there the king of hearts is yours!
"Once I did bad and that I heard ever. Twice I did good, but that I heard never." - Dale Carnegie
