Ink ✍️

Post by Joseh Njuguna »

"Ink

In worlds of letters, bound and bold,
A tapestry of tales unfolds,
Where ink and imagination blend,
In pages where our minds transcend.

Novels and books, a gateway rare,
To realms unknown, beyond compare,
They hold the keys to magic's might,
Unlocking wonders, day or night.

With every turn, a journey starts,
Where souls can mend and heal their hearts,
In stories woven, lives reborn,
A sanctuary for the forlorn.

In dusty libraries, old and wise,
A treasure trove of knowledge lies,
Where wisdom from the ages past,
Inscribed on pages sure to last.

From classics aged to modern tales,
From epic quests to love's travails,
The written word, a bridge untold,
Connecting hearts from days of old.

Through whispered lines and vibrant prose,
A thousand emotions writers compose,
Their thoughts and dreams, a gift bestowed,
Through ink-stained fingers, stories flowed.

In worlds of fiction, truths are found,
Reflections of life's battleground,
In heroes brave and villains sly,
We learn the depths of human sigh.

A cozy nook, a cherished friend,
In solitude, the mind will mend,
With each adventure, we delight,
And in the words, we find respite.

So cherish novels, books, and verse,
In libraries, let thoughts immerse,
For in the written tales we find,
The power to transform the mind.

Let pages turn, let stories weave,
And in the ink, our hearts believe,
For in the realm of books profound,
A universe of dreams is found.

My favourite verse! It flows smoothly like a river, telling its journey's story.

"The written word, a bridge untold,
Connecting hearts from days of old."
Another favourite.

Thank you for a great poem.
