Life will go on
Now that you are gone
I never thought life can go on
those places morn
where we used to laugh
those places gloom in a sunny day
where have you gone

Life must go on
and I see you there
inside my eyes,
I swear I see your lovely soul
I hear your words
I know what you want
you live through me
here in my heart
in all my thoughts
though you are gone
life will go on

sadness will never go
it is here to stay
one part of me knows it is gone with you
but parts of you will always stay

my prayers with you
may God be merciful on my soul
that is gone with you
and that which stays

life will go on
until we meet
you live through me
I live for you
and life goes on

One old piece I wrote and wanted to start with it. Please let me know if you liked it.

Let me tell you about a time
when all was looking good and fine
when love was sparking in your eyes
when tales of happiness filled my heart

Today the sparkles all are gone
Sadness rules the gloomy skies
future seems a narrow path
leading to the end of time

but back to when the flowers bloomed
you left me up and let me fly
we flaw above the noisy eyes
and lived like birds in a blue sky

you held my hand,
I kissed your cheek
I knew my happiness
is what you seek

where did you go
how did we dive
below with all those
noisy eyes
