My Color

Post by Alva Syiem »

My Color, a hue so true,
Adorning me in every view.
A mark, both bold and free,
A part of my identity.

In shades of life, I find my grace,
A canvas painted, my unique space.
With colours bright and colours deep,
I wear my mark, my soul to keep.

A rainbow's gift, a treasure rare,
My Color's beauty is beyond compare.
It tells a story, whispers a song,
In vibrant hues, where I belong.

So let it shine, this Color of mine,
In every moment, in every line.
A symbol of me, forever to stay,
In my own beautiful, colourful way.

I love this. It could be sung as a ballad. A reading in a Cafe, inhaled more deeply than aromas of fresh brews, would touch souls. All of the colors in my ancestral tree salute you.
