Beneath the labels, the conditioning, the chemicals, the comparisons,
the hopelessness, learned helplessness, the self-pity and resentment.
Who are you?
When you're juggling those balls, wearing those hats,
Riding your high horse, falling into the perfect perfectionism trap.

When you're not people-pleasing,
Hiding, faking, controlling,
Trembling, shaming, judging,
Scrolling, trolling.
When the mask begins to slip,
