Life will try and break you; you decide whether it does or not.
The darkest moments can teach you the biggest lessons. Here's what I have learned:
A broken heart can be pieced back together,
Rock bottom is a good place on which to build your dreams,
When the fabric of your very existence is ripped apart,
you will find a way to stitch it back together,
When you have lost all faith in humankind,
you discover that kindness & compassion exist in some,
When you think you can't go on, you find the strength to go on anyway,
When the odds are stacked against you, you will rise above them,
People will label you, persecute & shame you,
But you will rise back up from the ashes, stronger than ever,
the human spirit is capable of incredible things.
