Latest Review: You Are A Christian. NOW WHAT? by James Rondinone

Old faithful

Post by Jaime Lync »

Innumerable years have passed
Everyone I knew is but a memory
Most times, even I don't remember me
Who am I?

There is no...
I don't know anymore
Once upon a time I was a giant
Fi fa fum
My glory days are done

Living for this long
Many desire such a thing
Only if they knew the emptiness it brings
They say they want to be forever young
But in doing so they deny the fountain of youth

One must go through the cycle
I once was young but now I'm old
And once my life expires
I hope to rise like the phoenix
From ashes to beauty

Innumerable years have passed
Everyone I knew is but a memory
Most times even I don't remember me
Who am I?

Yes, I am his and he is mine
Until the end of time
I will trust the divine
I may forget my name
But I dare not forget the name above all names
