Heartbreak

Post by Milliscent M 1 »

I watch you break a sweat tryna put my pieces together
And it breaks my heart that your efforts are all in vain
Coz he left with the most crucial piece
I watch you tryna mend me back to life
And its futile , its hopeless, oh such a waste
Coz I was robbed of love a long time ago,
Love don't live here anymore

So I sympathize and I implore you
To built your home elsewhere
Where the ground is not always so shacky
You maybe be a diamond, but I will never know your worth
Coz I'm now blind to anything shiny
And a stranger to anything warm
Your dreams will never be nurtured in this desert
Coz the oasis has long wilted up.

I watch you bleed, putting your heart on the line
And its so sad coz my Frankenstein thought it cool to rip out mine, leaving me hollow
Ain't no amount of weeping can feel it up

So save your breath and keep your distance
You won't find any treasure here
The sun doesn't shine on this part of earth only darkness and the cold remains
Nothing new can ever grow, so there is nothing pretty to see here
So please don't be tempted by the allure of darkness
I dont wanna be the cause of your ruin
Coz I am trauma and heartbreak personified
