A spark of Light

I don't know if I have the right
to write about you just yet ,
But ure the human definition of light,
A sunshine I will never forget.
I'm writing this down because I fear ,
Even if things don’t work out in time,
I’ll lose how you made me feel so clear,
And how, in this short time, you’ve been sublime.
I remember what I thought when I first saw you,
You were just too good to be true ,
And I couldn’t take my eyes off you,
With every word, with every tone.
You challenge me in ways that heal,
And show me things I’ve yet to feel.
A fleeting moment or a lasting stay,
No matter if you go or stay,
The warmth you bring is something rare,
A spark of light beyond compare.
So even if this fades away,
And time leads us a different way,
I’ll treasure how you made me see
A brighter, better side of me.
