My country my home

I've cross some boarders
Traveled so fat
I've trespass through some lands unknown
But none can be compared to one place I've ever known
A place I've always been
But seems like I've never been there
A place I was groomed and I have no room
For any other place no matter the throne
It makes me joyful that I feel reborn
This is the place where I was born
My country my home
A place I love to rome

Has began to trespass through some lands unknown
I began to miss what I've ever known
Oh! How I miss the sweat savor from my mama's pot
Hundreds of languages that sounds like the sound of a tanning drum
All but one that I heard when I was born
These memories will stay so long
Even as I move along
My country my home
A place I will never forget

My home, my home, my home
My home, a place I'll always want to be
My home, my home, my home
My home, a place I've always love to rome
Every where I go
I always try to bring my home along
But I always come to realise
That there can never be a place like home
Oh! My country my home
A place I'll always love to be

I noticed that this was written in the past tense, but there are two words that are not in the past tense, and one of those is misspelled. The first one is "cross" in the first line, should be "crossed", the second one is "realise" in the third paragraph, seventh line, should be "realized".
I liked the poem, it made me think of my home place, very special memories.
