Deceitful Eyes

Post by JusJess91 »

How can his eyes be so soft, gentle, and full of love one minute, as if he were the innocent, blond haired boy who would dance in the kitchen with his grandma.
He's staring into my soul as he twirls me around the empty parking lot; music playing; nothing else matters to us.
Those same, sweet, hazel eyes, are now pitch black.
He's looking straight through me; unrecognizable; as he pins me down; suffocating me; promising to kill me.
Finally, he's asleep; there's peace.
He wakes up and and his eyes are so shiny, like a porcelain doll.
He's smiling and mumbling like a baby, wanting to be held and loved while he sleeps.
How can something meant to be so beauitful, be turned into something that haunts me; his deceitful eyes.
