What I wouldn’t give to be a fly on the wall
A wallflower in this place that prides itself on inclusion
But there are furrowed brows, and sideways glances
Assimilation is discouraged.

I'm not sure anything new is being said here that I haven't seen before.
Consider putting more of you into the poem.
Use specifics and examples =)

This seems more like a blurb or an unfinished thought than a completed work. You might want to come back to this for editing. While you're at it, you may want either to remove the cliches or adding more to use as a motif.

Keep writing! :)
