I read a quote on another forum that said a Congressman (possibly from Arkansas decades ago) once said "If English was good enough for Jesus Christ it's good enough for me."

In related news, we had an assignment in one of my classes where we had to write down positive characteristics about ourselves and then write them on paper and wear them on our shirts. I had picked unique, witty and intelligent. But, as I was attaching my papers, I realized that I had spelled 'intelligent' wrong and I definitely tore up the paper so I didn't look like a "moran". ;)
