Loosely based on the book by Gretchen Rubin...lets make it a game. One post at a time for a thing or situation that is instant happy...I will begin-

After a brutal day at work, time out at a local snack place...the menu a Dublin mudslide and mozzarella sticks with a quiet table and good book. It's enough salt, sugar and fat for a few months, but absolute bliss
