Question about selecting more than one book at a time

Post by Adrian Bouknight »

Hi everyone! I was wondering if someone could help me with a question.

When I made it to level 3, I was able to select more than one book at a time for review. Which is quite convenient. I lost that option for some reason, it just disappeared on me within a day or two. I'm not sure if it was because of a review complication or what.

But anyway, fast forwarding here, I am now a level 5, and I still do not have the option to review more than one book at a time. Or to select 2 books at once. And sometimes, when it takes multiple weeks for a book to ship to me, I could be reading a different book.

I was wondering, has anyone else had trouble with the ability to select more than one book at a time for review?

Thanks,
I am an avid reader. I typically read 1-2 books per week. I enjoy a wide array of genres including Sci Fi, Action/Thriller, and Historical Fiction.

As a geologist and christian, I also particularly enjoy books on science and faith.

I was able to select more than one book at a time for awhile, but recently I have not been able to. I have been trying to reach out to support but have not gotten an answers as of yet.
You must be able to leave amazon reviews as of a newish update. But I have that marked, so perhaps this is a more widespread issue.

I think that they are changing the system. When they do this, a notification about the new change would be helpful, don't you think? As soon as I update a book that I have finished reading, I cannot select another book to read until my review is submitted. I have contacted support on this several times and, of course, they act like they don't understand what my problem is. They have been doing that for a couple of months now. When you ask for help, they act like they don't understand and ask for screenshots or screen recordings over and over again until you give up and stop asking. So frustrating!!

Yea, same here. I've always been able to leave amazon reviews as well. Glad to hear that I am not alone in this!
