Welcome aboard, Shirley Ann!Shirley Ann Riddern Labzentis wrote: ↑17 Sep 2024, 09:19 I'll join the group, Gerry. I'll admit that in the past, I haven't always looked at my replies to my reviews as I didn't have the time. Now that I do have the time, I will be more vigilant.

Gerry, you are the absolute best.Gerry Steen wrote: ↑16 Sep 2024, 23:08 If you are interested in being part of a group of book reviewers who read and reply to each other's reviews, leave a comment here. For this to work, if someone leaves a reply on your review, you should in return leave a reply on their review. Your popularity rating will go up and you will be part of a community of book reviewers. I suggest if you can only respond to 7 reviews on a regular basis, only leave replies on 7 other people's reviews. If you can reply to 30 reviews on a regular basis, leave replies on 30 other people's reviews. Check your reviews to see who is replying to them and respond accordingly. It may happen that not everyone will respond to your reviews. This could mean that these people have reached their limit in how many reviews they can do. In this case you can stop replying to their reviews with no hard feelings. Anyway, lets give this a go. Everyone is welcome. Also, please leave replies of at least 3 lines to demonstrate that you have actually read the review and give supportive feedback.![]()

I am fully on board with this. Anyone who adds a comment to one of my reviews, I would be happy to respond in kind.
Thank you! Team work!
As a geologist and christian, I also particularly enjoy books on science and faith.

Do we have an efficient means of finding each other's reviews? I suppose we could query one another names. But I am not sure if there is a more efficient method of access through one's profile page or by some other means.

I haven't found a really efficient way yet. But we are able to private message nine people at a time. I will be doing this and sending an updated list of who is in our group. I guess we can go from there. Maybe someone will be able to chime in with a more efficient way. I think the best way to go about it is when one of us has a review for people to read, just private message the people in our group, nine members at a time, and ask that they reply to the review.Adrian Bouknight wrote: ↑22 Sep 2024, 19:31 A quick question for Gerry,

Hi, Adrian. That's the way I see it working. Once you have three groups of 9 people that you send your reviews to, you can always go back to those group messages that you sent for your last review, reply to all, and change the subject to your newest review. You send your new link to your new review to each group. Basically, 3 clicks and you are done. It is up to everyone else to do the same thing. If someone has an easier way to do it, I am open to all suggestions.Gerry Steen wrote: ↑22 Sep 2024, 20:18I haven't found a really efficient way yet. Hi, Michael you are in! I'll let everyone know. I will private message you in a group of 9 people because that is the maximum I can message at one time. I will do this three times ( 3 groups of 8 plus you) That means you will have 24 people that you can add to your friends list. Also, every time you have a new review, you can reply to each of the three groups, change the subject to your latest review, and send everyone the link. Enjoy! Good to have you on board with us.Chi Chiu Michael Mak wrote: ↑11 Nov 2024, 03:37I know I'm late, but I'd like to join too.Gerry Steen wrote: ↑16 Sep 2024, 23:08 If you are interested in being part of a group of book reviewers who read and reply to each other's reviews, leave a comment here.
