Temporarily Suspended Account

My review was flagged for plagiarism since I didn't put quotation marks around a quote - which I was honestly unaware that I needed to do. That I had no intent to plagiarize can be proven by my having written before quoting the statement that it was the author who said that in the book.
I did submit a recheck request, and even an admin check request, but all they're saying is to appeal the ban like asking them to recheck isn't doing exactly that. I tried to send a message to a reviewer representative but I'm honestly not sure if it went through or what. I don't even know how long this temporary suspension is.
I sincerely apologize for my ignorance and my mistake, and I would like to correct it or at least write future reviews. But I'm not sure what further I can or am supposed to do.

I'm sorry that I don't know what you should do. I really hope that you get some answers soon. It's so frustrating when you don't know who to contact to get more information.
