Payment 1.5 Months Overdue/Customer Service Unhelpful!!!

Payment 1.5 Months Overdue/Customer Service Unhelpful!!!

I am at my wit's end with this issue, as I keep being given the runaround by what seems like the only contact person for the whole site - Nisha. I have been requesting payment for my latest review since March 10th, and I still don't have it. I'm also missing some bonus points for reviewing and doing a survey on the book. The amount of videos I've had to send and resend/update to support my case during this past month and a half is beyond what I should have had to. Every single time, Nisha has made an excuse as to why the issues have not been resolved. I'm frustrated. I did everything I was supposed to at every stage, and my payment (at the very least) should not be withheld like this. She's now stating that it's possibly because my review may not have been published, but that is beyond my control. Also, payment isn't contingent upon that. Once an editor approves, payment should be sent within 3 weeks after approval even if not published. This is stated plainly on the page about payment timeframes. Again, payment has been overdue for 1.5 months; it's well beyond 3 weeks. Is there someone else I can speak to about this, since Nisha isn't helpful regarding what I'm owed? If someone can point me in the right direction, please do so!!
