Mix one part pineapple juice w/2 parts lemon / pomegranate for a delicious thirst quenching " pink-lemonade "....

( for an extra KICK, add a splash of vodka, rum or tequila )...........cheers!

Fill a glass half way with crushed ice & pour over lots (and lots) of Baileys. Keep the bottle to hand as it is important to top up at regular intervals - happy days! :mrgreen:
No crushed ice, don't worry, regular ice cubes work just aswell. In fact you can skip the ice altogether if you want - it has even been known for some unsophisticated types to dispense with the glass altogether! :shock:

A couple chunks of watermelon, a couple of strawberries chopped up, add in some fruit punch and for the adults, a splash of vodka and peach schnapps!
