I hear ya!... this week it's Roasted Red Peppers w/Garlic and olive oil..

i slather it on everything from***** crusty baguettes, as a sauce for pasta, in an antipasto, a great substitution for tomatoes in a salad, or just straight out of the jar...makes a great omelette too w/chopped ham and /or bacon, throw in some Mung bean sprouts, scallions, and Voila! my fave chinese dish Egg Foo Young...

***** it makes a great Bruschetta...

Yes, I am always in the mood for bacon and chocolate. I'm obsessed with those two foods. I could live off of those foods. I can never get enough of them! <3

Lately, anything I can eat with chips and lots of cheese ( taco soup, gumbo, chicken tortilla soup are what I have been making the most of lately) and anything chocolate, brownies and chocolate pie have been my biggest kicks for the last month.

MY husband and I absolutely love it, I prefer the actual cake to the fake breakfast food though.
