I dont really know or care, i just hope that if i come back as a human i find all the wonders that keep my attention now, like reading and music. And i hope i'll know the people i know now, even if they wont be "them" because i cant imagine a lifetime without my mom. =(

And funny stuff, my grandma's into genealogy and she found a picture of my great-great-great grandma named Lova Grace and not only does she look exactly like me (which i get since we are family so dont get judgy.) but she was born on January 26th and died Febuary 28th. Feb 28th is my birthdate (given several years) and then i found a picture of her great grandma and (of course) she's the exact same image as me and Lova and she died on January 26th, and her birthday was Febuary 28th. I thought that was pretty awesome.

I would like to believe in incarnation, because this way I would have hope that I could meet again my loved ones (which have died) sometimes, somehow.... But no, I don't believe in it.

not at all. at our deaths our awareness is eaten by the 'eagle'. Unless you have enhanced it in such a way that he gives you a gift. This gift is that he'll leave you alone and untouched. Total Freedom

What I mean or believe is that one can, at the moment of death, focus or assemble their awareness in such a way that it stays aware of itself. Normally, when people die, there awareness is just consumed with the rest of the universe. And, puff, off they go into nothingness.

I have to agree. I just personally find it hard to believe in Heaven, Hell, reincarnation, etc. There has been no scientific data suggesting that any of those exist, but if one day someone were to come up with sound proof I will then gladly accept the idea with open arms.

The part of the human body that write science is only 1% of our total being. We don't know anything and therefore we should treat the world as a sheer mystery.
I know that we are energetic beings and we can create and use our energy to enhance our awareness and perception. But instead we create machines that create energy for us. We're so lost :?
We really only have three important things. Energy, awareness and perception.

Great topic! I'm Buddhist and come from a Buddhist family, so here are some of the things I've learnt:- it's a kind of 'life force' that survives beyond your death, and when mixed and mingled with your experiences and actions during your life on earth (ie karma), it 'evolves' and enters another being/body. So what really gets reborn is something that is not entirely you, but is thirsty for life and the continuation of life. Anyway, this is my take on it. Ultimately, take comfort in the fact (or not) that we're all going to find out for ourselves sooner or later. :P

Also, a great book, though fictional, is What Dreams May Come by Richard Matheson. It provides an interesting perspective on re-incarnation.
