Are these best universities in UK?

I am from India. i do not know much about the UK. I had asked for best universities in UK and someone gave me this list. Are these really best universities.

• University of Oxford
• Imperial College London
• University College London
• The University of Manchester
• The University of Edinburgh
• University of Leeds
• The University of Nottingham
• The London School of Economics and Political Science
• The University of York

Basically,

The London School Of Economics and Political Science is basically to learn about political business

Imperial College London is probably the best to study about.

University of Cambridge is probably the most populated.

University Of Manchester is a nice one that is cheaper then the rest.

University of Nottingham is probably the most underrated.

Anyone of those schools I reccommend.

I never heard about the other universities that you were talking about..But heard a lot about cambridge, manchester and oxford university. So taking the jacob advice into consideration I guess you you consider going for either Cambridge or Manchester.
