Re: What's Your Favorite Mythical Creature?

Post by doppelganger »

I would have to say that my favorite is the banshee. I like the fact that they were supposed to warn people of their coming death so that they could get their affairs in order.

That old mythology is pretty good stuff. It tells us a lot about ourselves.

Im going to rip this *&^%$ keyboard out by the roots and chuck it, The @#$%^ thing is too small and I keep hitting the wrong keys. Thats the problem with modern technology, they make all this pygmie crap that us bigger guys have a hard time with. Especially printing on things, it gets smaller and smaller all the time. Or would that because my 76 year old eyes are 76 years old?

With my glasses on ( 20-20 vision ) and a magnifying glass, I still couldn't read it...WHAT ARE THEY THINKING??

I've lost all respect for him! ( although considering Maria's " Femme- Nazi " ramblings, I'm sure she's as exciting as " watching paint dry " )

Sooo, he strayed........in the end I suspect that their political differences finally caught up w/them...Tis a pity w/kids involved...

I think that Arnold would like to think that he is some form of mythical creature.

Yeah, but it is quite sad that his vows meant so little to him. That seems to happen a lot with ones that get put on pedestals like those in Hollywood do. God-complex.
