True. You have to toss it away from yourself. And I live semi-rural so there is greenspace. other ppl are eternally happy, no matter their circumstance...so in the end, " happiness " is a CHOICE...trite but true, we can't control what " happens " to us, but we can certainly control how we REACT, and imho therein lies the " secret " to happiness...
