When you toss a cup of boiling water in the air it instanty turns to snow dust...if you blow bubbles they freeze...perfectly round frozen bubble spheres...yeah...we had too much time on or hands. It was amusing, though...

Awesome Carla - but tossing a cup of boiling water could easily turn to tragedy

True. You have to toss it away from yourself. And I live semi-rural so there is greenspace. If it is sub-zero is realy does turn to snow dust though.

I miss those days, my boy was in band, soccer, chorus and fencing all through his school days...this year he turns thirty, makes me feel like an antique

I've been thinking about this question a lot...i look around and see ppl whining and moaning who are apparently miserable.............. bucking life, complaining , cveching, and groaning, presents a situation akin to a salmon swimming upstream...

other ppl are eternally happy, no matter their circumstance...so in the end, " happiness " is a CHOICE...trite but true, we can't control what " happens " to us, but we can certainly control how we REACT, and imho therein lies the " secret " to happiness...

"Happiness is a warm puppy" from Peanuts by Charles Schulz always springs to mind.

In a rare moment, grouchy Lucy van Pelt shows affection towards Snoopy by hugging him and then saying one of the most famous quotes in the comic strip's history "Happiness is a warm puppy." Ah, the memories.....

Latest Review: "Trophy Target" by Allen Mitchum

Happiness. . . I saw an anime that says happiness is like a warm bun or a hot chocolate in winter. I guess we can find happiness everywhere if we know how to look for it. Or maybe happiness is the good in everything.

Happiness is self made. It doesn't depend on anything else. Not another person. Not more money. Not "stuff" You wake up every day and make a choice to be happy...or not.
