Baked heart was popular in BC, around Trail and Nelson And Ive seen it in Penticton. It was in all the resturants in the early 60's. If its cooked right it tastes like prime rib. Some of the resturants in the northeast part of Washington state had it too.

...I have no idea.

I'm not a fussy eater and I hardly care what I eat.

Supposedly anything but pasta. Let's see how good the food will be like...hmm...
:D Enjoy your day~

A Vegan or vedgetarian could never survive on a desert with foods of there choice, (To no offense if you are vegan or vedgetarian)

Red Meat is compulsory for eating up to three times a week, I was brought up with eating Red Meat when I was old enough to eat food, my family have always been big meat eaters. We eat it three times a week. (If you do not count the unhealthy food, which we have about once every 2 weeks.)

Vegans die from meatless food habbits and please refrain from doing so to prevent heart disease and sickness

I'm sorry, that was pretty much not needed. I sound like a smart ass little rich boy.

Hi Jacob, you did kind of get off the subject, but you brought up a good point. People do need some red meat in their diet, like you I eat some about 3 times a week, mostly hamburger and chorizo. Chorizo is beef by-products, thats a nice way of saying lips and ears and some unmentionable parts. But if I was on an island, I would want a good steak once in a while or even hamburger. My favorite meat is pork and I would want some pork chops for a varied diet.

Yeah, I kind of did get off topic. But I didn't feel like dedicating a topic to ranting about someone choosing what to eat, it's like I am about to become a politician and ban Vegan or Vedgetarian food habbits.

Hamburgers are always nice, espeically home made ones. Those are the best by far, I try to have them at least once every month or so.

speaking of vegan/vegetarian... how about polenta fries? that way it can be eaten non fried form and fried form and you have the best of both worlds... oh, and tofu! that's quite versatile and delicious and packed with protein... did anyone mention fish yet?

Trout sounds very good, wouldn't mind some fish myself.
