Problems with internet anyone?

But also at times because they are one network (whoever your provider is), if alot of their packets are used with other users, your ping rate etc will be slower.
Depends whats going on.
Usually 25/25 will give you decent bandwidth, sometimes 15/25 but you will get slow times.

At least in the states most regions are covered only by a couple major ISPs because the broadband providers are in cahoots with each other and divide up the market so they don't have to compete. So if one's own provider is having trouble providing a reliable internet connection, it would be expected that most of one's neighbors would also be having trouble since they would have the same provider.
