It is astonishing, melodies has a genuine power to it. It permits your essence soar and you seem like you are in your own world as the melodies smashes over you. I understand that noise so corny but give it a proceed one time and you will understand .

You got that right, movie music is very emotional.

You got me thinking about Henry Mancini. I loved his "The Good, The Bad And The Ugly", "The Magnificent Seven", "Theme From Cades County" sound tracks. I think I can hum or whistle along to most of his top movie scores. Who remembers the appealing "Pink Panther Theme", "Baby Elephant Walk", "Raindrops Keep Falling On My Head", themes for "Shaft" or "Love Story" or "Romeo & Juliet" or even "Moonlight Sonata" or.....

Maud, the theme music for Shaft is one of my favourites, that sound is iconic of the era, and the lead played by the great Richard Roundtree in the seventies series.

Mancini was on of the best. His theme from Lifeforce was awesome.

Im sorry Maud. I guess I didnt post very clear, which I am good at. Ennio Morricone did The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly. And I think, Im not 100 percent sure, The Magnificent Seven was done by Elmer Bernstein. Sorry about that.

Really loved the music from Henry V starring Kenneth Brannaugh. It really pumped me up.

Xanadu was another good soundtrack. The way that Devo music blended in with the big band swing was cool.
