Good stuff here, thats for sure. Except their ice cream. Its not very good, has no flavor and some of it feels like it has sand in it. I bought a cone from a street vendor yesterday, one of those with a chocolate shell. It looked good, but was blah.

LOVE their fresh cut up paper cones of fruit w/chili on the top, and the corn on the cob w/chili and cheese,...............GREAT street food...............love those vendors...

Was in the hardware store looking for new fencing and saw these two ceramic "peace frogs", I got the turquoise one and put it on my dashboard...of course if the airbags ever deploy someone will have a frog shaped scar...The kind of goofy thing that gives you a daily smile :lol:

Ive seen those but never tried one. I like the corn soup the vendors sell. Delicious.

Last thing I spent money for is 20 pesos to my cleaning lady to do some typing for me. She is fast, she did in an hour what it would have taken me 3 days to do. I use the Columbus system, I find a key and land on it. :lol:

can't believe you've never tried that yet..............i don't recall the corn soup...i miss Horchata and Tamarind drink sold by the street vendors...........

reminds me of N.Y.street vendors....warm chestnuts and sweet taters............always sabrett's franks, my husband's fave.................
OH! and the big soft pretzels......................dee-lish..
of course now there are FOOD TRUCKS everywhere....my fave here is THAI food...

Ill have to give it a try. Theres a story going around about the taco vendors in Ti Juana. Good tacos, but have you ever seen any dogs in Ti Juana?

Ixnay on the taco vendors...had a burrito outside Tijuana one that tasted stringy and sweet...turned out to atually be burro meat...
