Ta, Bighuey, yes my sciatic nerve was being pinched by a bulging disc so you can imagine how bad the pain was. The tablets do seem to be kicking in now though so im slowly recovering. :D

My son-in-law had a bulging disc, he had the laser surgery and it helped him quite a bit. Thats not the major surgery it used to be, he was up and around in a couple days.

I had an MRI scan done today and will see what my treatment options are when i book a visit with my consultant, im really hoping not to go down the surgery route because of the cost and the amount of time i would need off, im crossing my fingers its something I can control with physio and painkillers.

I think your neighbour is winding you up (teasing you) ..... I wouldn't worry about the dead, it's some of the still living I worry about.

@ Moogle, it sounds like your neighbor is trying to give you a bad time. Dont listen to him. He must be a big meanie for trying to scare a kid like yourself. You should tell him to go fly a kite.

I hope you get a Flucky! ...and that you've heard that joke....
Keeping my fingers crossed for you, Mike! Back stuff sucks. Sez the eloquent writer.
How perfectly goddamned delightful it all is, to be sure.

I'm pretty proud about my main fear being something stupid (rabbits *shiver*) but apparently i had fallen asleep with the tv on last night, and woke up to The Grudge. Not really a scary movie, but when your asleep and all of a sudden hear that freaky noise and see the thing coming down the stairs like that... lets just say i screamed and turned the tv off before i realized it was a movie.

Ya, I know the feeling. I saw Grave Encounters the other night and although I have seen lots of such films before, something about the atmosphere in the emtpy asylum and the shaky footage really unnerved me and it took me a while to get to sleep, a sign of a great film then! As for The Grudge I assume you screamed again when you found out how bad it is...
