Re: The Rant Thread...
Exactly, I visit it about once a day to check for notifications or rarely have a long chat with my friends.StephenKingman wrote:^ Facebook is good to keep in touch with mates you dont see very often whom you otherwise may have drifted away from and its fun to see the photos and comments of your mates but using it all day every day is a waste of time in my view..

Edit. I just got an e mail from Ask Leo, he puts out a computer newsletter every week, he said Facebook charging is a hoax. It will never happen. So you Facebook junkies will be ok.

"September 31st 2013 facebook will start charging you for your account. To avoid this, you MUST get NAKED, Stand on your dining room table and do the Macarena, all while singing "I will survive" then and only then, will Mark Zuckerberg come down your chimney to tell you that your account will stay free. Pass it on. It must be true because someone on facebook I hardly know told me."

Our neighbours all have dogs of various breeds and ages and usually they are quiet and well-controlled but a puppy has been introduced into the mix and its running wild. Daily chaos reigns; it digs under fences, jumps on outdoor furniture, frightens other animals, terrorises birds, barks at anything and anyone and it definitely needs firm obedience training - which does not appear to be forthcoming. Someone is going to get a knock on the door from an irate neighbour very soon.

Decided to go back to bed for an hour or so & woke up just now with a dam headache & my head feels all stuffy .... and I know for a fact if we'd won I'd be feeling just fine!
Now I feel miserable, the OH is disappointed & in a bad mood & I look out and it's all overcast, foggy & miserable.
Now I'm going to have some breakfast & then wrap myself up & force myself out of the house for a walk. Hopefully a walk on the beach & some Atlantic air might clear the woozy head & hopefully I'll come back feeling more human

Yeah its a shame that they went out. I didnt get up to see it, not that interested, but i feel sorry for all the hardcore fans who did, there will be a lot of people heading to bed early later...maybe next time.Fran wrote:Got up at 6am to watch the Rugby & bloody hell the Welsh beat us.![]()

Well at least it was the Welsh .... so much worse if it was the Brits beat us (that would have us in a depression for the next four years!). Being beaten by our fellow Celts we can come to terms with .... eventually!!!!
