Ah the Scandinavia influence ... that's why they are such vicious little buggers. My neighbor has one and dotes on him/her but I don't like the little brat & he/she doesn't like me either.Hikkomijian wrote:This is the first time, when I hear this name. In my language they are called a little different(miniature Szpic [Shpic]). Besides, they weren't originally from Pomerania (even on the German side), but from Scandinavia, so it is a surprise for me.

Hello & welcome. Many Irish people were 'involuntary' visitors to your beautiful island back in the 1800's ... must be an amazing place to live. Do you consider yourself an Australian?SimonW wrote:I'm from the island state of Tasmania, it's just south of Australia. One of the most out there and beautiful places. Love it here!

Hello and thanks for the welcome! Well said, I know from a bit of research that my family goes back to Ireland before they came here... But to answer your question, yes I do consider myself Australian, I know that a lot of people get confused as to if we are, and is often forgotten. However Tasmania is definitely part of Australia.Fran wrote:Hello & welcome. Hello Ail & Welcome to the forum. As you can see I'm from Ireland & we too feel overshadowed by our larger neighbor (UK) but we beat them at cricket this week so we're feeling rather superior at the moment.Aileenhu wrote:Middle of Nowhere (kidding)
Okay I live in Auckland, New Zealand. It's a big island in the southern hemisphere so...Don't get confused with Australia-I'm not an Aussie.
Maybe this: I live near where the Rugby World Cup is going to be held. Okay! ^^
Ail.
Looking forward to your posts.
