Agreed Mike ... pity so many don't stay long enough for us to get 'virtually' acquainted but thankfully we have a hard core of dedicated readers & posters.StephenKingman wrote:I think its great that we have another few members join the forum who have stayed longer than the usual 2 or 3 posts, and they are all ages and nationalities, its always nice to see new faces long may it continue.

Ah no Cider is a hot summer day drink (not that we see many of those!) but we're in the middle of Winter so I think my Baileys coffee is more appropriate. Great not to have last Xmas weather though Thank God.StephenKingman wrote:^

Cider is the drink of the Gods Fran, it gets me drunk after 3 cans so thats good enough for me, Bud usually takes 4 or 5 pints ha ha. Plus pear cider is the icing on the cake.Fran wrote:Ah no Cider is a hot summer day drink (not that we see many of those!) but we're in the middle of Winter so I think my Baileys coffee is more appropriate. Tommy Tiernan will keep you up with his shouting so go with him if you want to stay up. Yeah, thank God the snow has stayed away, it really was a pain in the backside last year, its only funny for one year max. But we wont get a "Bridie" character this year laughing around in the snow making the irish look daft

It's very breezy here today but actually quite balmy ... we might have to get tips from Gannon & Maud for having a barbecue Xmas dinner on the beach tomorrow (now wouldn't that be a first for Ireland!)

Few last minute bits to do & then I'm getting into Mr King
