The globo is a big swap meet they have here on weekends. They have everything from appliances, electronics, furniture, tools, clothing, new and used stuff, food, just about anything you can imagine. I always spend too much money every time I go there.

I absolutely LOVE The Breakfast Club, It's a Mad Mad Mad Mad World and Ferris Buller's day off. Judd Nelson in The Breakfast Club is one wicked and astonishing actor.

Youre not missing much by not seeing the Grand Canyon. To me it was just a big hole in the ground. Bryce Canyon and Zions Park and Monument Valley in Utah has more color and awesome rock formations. Places Id like to see but never will are Glamis Castle, Machu Picchu, the Egyptian pyramids, ruins of Babylon, and Troy where they had the Trojan war.

The Grand Canyon is big but three out of four of us fainted or threw up because we changed altitude too fast, so we didn't see much of it. My impression was you would want to be able to spend some time there if you were going to go.'
Also I found out that drinking lots of water can help you not get sick, I went up Pike's Peak 5 months pregnant and was never sick a minute, flew on a plane, too. Doc said, just drink lots of water.

I have always wanted to see Arches National Monument, I am with bighuey there. Have you been to Moab?

I would go to:
Greece
Australia
Hawaii
Egypt
Italy
Spain
Ireland

Yes, LC. I worked in Moab for a time. Arches is really cool. In fact all of Southern Utah has some of the best scenery in the country.

Bryce Canyon is a high altitude also. Something like 10,000 feet I think. The times Ive been there I never got sick, but I sure did a lot of huffing and puffing.

That place has always been on my bucket list.
The Garden of the Gods was cool, the land around Devil's Tower and Mount Rushmore is interesting, and of course
we did see 4 Corners! Utah Colorado New Mexico and Arizona come to a point, and you can stand on it!!!!!!

Now that is a check off the old bucket list, for anyone who wants to make a list of places to say they have been.

Actually if you want to dig around in the grass and risk getting poison ivy you can also stand in the spot where Michigan Ohio and Indiana make a point, because I have done that too.
