Hamlet, I know it doesn't seem like it now, but you are better off without her in the long run. Mind you, I'd be more peeved at my so called best buddy for going there with my ex!! Not on! Chin up m'dear, someone worth your attentions will come along.

<Hamlet> - real bummer every which way! Feel for you in your situation - not that that probably helps much. But I agree what goes around comes around and if it doesnt you are the good guy (yep the one that often gets hurt!). Have to agree with SleepyD you are better off in the long run....and I guess you are looking for a new Best Bud? Hang on in there.X

<CollegeReader> Wow you too? - is this an epidemic? Again not too much you can say except it does get better, and you'll be stronger for it. Hope you find a good 'un! X.

Umm, well my day started out alright. I just got back from taking my brother Joesph to the doctor, he's been having these headaches, well they did a CAT scan on his brain, he got the result back today. My brother has a brain tumor. I was sitting there with him when they told him. I had to fight with every inch of fiber in my body not to react. Truth is I'm crushed.
But I figured I would put that here in this thread. I didn't mean for this thread to turn out so depressing everyone. I apologize. Ham and College Reader I'm sorry to hear about your relationships, your in my thoughts.
You guys be good.

My wife is cheating on me. Is love alive? Ha! Funny. I rightly don't know if I believe in love at this point. I'm angry. Thank you for this thread, I really needed to get that off my chest. Now I don't have to shell out 30.00 copay to some shrink that sits there half alive to the world themself.

Lust swimming! What a beautiful way to describe such an ugly act! Don't get me wrong, I'm guilty! I've spent many a year in the 'pool' of lust, but I would trade it right here and now for something real, do you know what I mean? To come home everyday to my best friend, kick off my shoes, let down my hair and just be me, eat a good dinner, watch tv and hold her close, block out the rest of the days bullshit! Have some of those small people with my name sake, might be the greatest thing I ever do. I'm tired of the so called 'game', I want something real, lasting. Someone to love me for ME!! I hope love is alive and ready to find me.

Love is:
- being as transparent as possible with another person
- Not fearing who you are or what you have to say because you know you are accepted
- Feeling completely comfortable with another person
- Feeling like you've known the other person for a minute and forever simultaniously
