What would you not want to be seen taking? You wouldn't mind being seen taking a nap, or a break, or a medication, or a ride in a car ... but there is one thing you would certainly not want people to be watching as you take it ... (and it's nothing vulgar).

Yeah, a break sounds like a productive step back as it seems I kind of overthinking this riddle. But I'm quite stubborn, so I'll insist on finding the damn answer.
