What made me happy was waking up next to my husband thankful for another day.

I am happy because I can write the cost of books off against taxes - because reading is research for my writing! I'm definitely going to try to claim my Kindle Unlimited and Scribd subscriptions as expenses.

Cleaned out and organized my kitchen. For someone who hates to cook I sure have a lot of kitchen stuff.

Knowing there are good people in the world.

Maybe enough to overcome all the bad.

I got a shout out at work. A customer loved my service and told the manager, who in turn gave me a commendation. It made me so happy

I trimmed this ugly tree in my yard, It dosent look too bad now. I also planted a couple aloe vera plants.

I'm off today and tomorrow where sleeping in is a priority that makes me smile.

So ... we found the lost keys (see other thread).

I decided that I would try to incorporate whatever message I opened in a fortune cookie into my work to improve my financial situation. What should it read but: "Your personal financial situation is going to improve"? It is written!
