Student Protests

With all the protesting going on in the world right now (students in Quebec, Occupy Movement, Greece, etc.), I keep coming across a slogan: "when injustice becomes law, resistance is a duty".

I don't think they just made it up; it sounds like something a political writer may have said hundreds of years ago.

Anybody here know the source of this statement?
