Kadai Mushroom

Ingredients:

1 cup sliced Mushroom
1 Chopped Capsicum
1 thinly chopped Onion
3 blended Tomato
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1/2 tsp Red chili powder
1/2 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Garam masala powder
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp Kasuri methi
1 red chili
2 tsp finely chopped coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Oil


Method
1. Take a kadai, add oil to heat, add cumin seeds wait till it cracks, add red chili and fry for a minute.
2. Then add Onions, fry till its slightly brown, add ginger garlic paste and fry well.
3. Now add capsicum wait until its crisp.
4. Add Tomato puree and cook for 5 minutes until it fry properly.
5. Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, chili, coriander powder, garam masala powder and salt to taste, mix well then wait for 2 minutes.
6. If it is very thick then add little water to the kadai.
7. Now add mushroom into the kadai and mix well continuously for so few minute.
8. Cover the kadai with lid until it gets cooked and become soft.
9. After that, add kasoori methi and put off from the heat.
10. Serve hot with chappatis and garnish with coriander leaves.
