How do I make chocolate for a chocolate fountain?

I have a chocolate fountain and a party tomorrow so want to get it running. I bought a load of Cadbury's Dairy Milk but I know that I can't just stick it all in. I guess I melt it all separately then add it to the fountain. Does anyone know quantities and what other ingredients I need to add to make the chocolate runnier? Thanks
